Where will they hang saddam if it actually happens. Who's laws are in the works here?

The Iraqi's will have a public hanging after the appeals process is completed.

The location is a closely guarded secret (to prevent any rescue attempts), but it will almost certainly be withing the Green Zone (the most heavilly fortified area of Bagdad).

Saddam was tried and convicted under Iraqi Law.....

He has 2 more trials coming that are already planned and then the Kurds get a shot at him too. They may have to hang him 4 times.

His case goes automatically to appeals, they have an unlimited amount of time to review it, once they do and if it is upheld, the sentence must be carried out within 30 days. That is Iraqi law.

Not being funny but I hope he does not. I hope we do not do something we have no right to do.... to go to another country, destroy it completely as we have already done to Iraq and now execute their leader.... BAD, MAN, VERY BAD... no matter what we may say to excuse it, it is B-A-D and sooner or later we will all pay for what we are doing... !!! It is BAD and SAD that 400,000 INNOCENT Iraqis have been killed as well as so many of our dearest soldiers !!! And now this....
