Sierra Leone.
For next 5 years Sierra Leone still on big three list.this prediction base on natural resources not by political situation.
For example if East Timor can overcome their political situation and manage their huge oil resources they can improved dramaticaly.Somalia stil have better position than Sierra Leone for resources.
