ARE there any websites, surely!

I would start with MacDonalds. They are always trying to demonstrate how healthy their food is - this will engage the class, probably, and you can get them to criticise what MD are saying.

If in the UK, I bet Jamie Oliver has something as well. HOw do the class feel about his campaign? (and how are they at recognising fruit and veg?)

The ag extension office in your state. Otherwise the Iowa State Extension site has food pyramids and info. Or try the USDA site.
