Do you have any family traditions that you do besides getting together for dinner?

Here are some of the things we do...

1. Watching John Wayne movies and football

2. Falling asleep on the couch while watching John Wayne movies and football

3. Making fun of Daddy falling asleep while watching John Wayne movies and football

4. Making a bet with Daddy about who will win the football game (Mom always she bets on "who's gonna win".) The dollar stays up on the refrigerator door along with the past year's trophies.

5. Eating leftovers until we burst

6. Doing absolutely nothing for the entire day except for the above, being together, and being bored.

7. I always get the wishbone piece of the chicken. (we also have turkey.)

8. Turkey leftovers for the next month...turkey sandwiches, turkey soup, turkey spaghetti, turkey until we get sick and tired of turkey

I try to take the kids to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade every year.

Playing "Zonk" with the family. Zonk is a dice game and I keep forgetting what the rules are.
