Cereal and toast. On weekends we have something more elaborate like home made waffles with fruit and cream or bacon and eggs with hashbrowns.

Fruit or poached egg on toast or, cup of soup - yep, that's right.
I have fibromyalgia, so I sometimes don't sleep well at night and wake up very late morning. So, I have a cup of soup to 'break the fast'. Then I can eat something more "normal" for lunch.

Porridge (low GI, high fibre, setting a good nutritional example to my 7-y-o) and a black coffee - I need waking up; I'm too much of a night-owl!

usually wake up around 9 and skip breakfast and just have lunch, and have a sandwich or soup
