Cereal and toast. On weekends we have something more elaborate like home made waffles with fruit and cream or bacon and eggs with hashbrowns.

Fruit or poached egg on toast or, cup of soup - yep, that's right.
I have fibromyalgia, so I sometimes don't sleep well at night and wake up very late morning. So, I have a cup of soup to 'break the fast'. Then I can eat something more "normal" for lunch.
