I've had dreams kind of like that. I was half awake and knew something bad was going to happen but I couldn't open my eyes until after it happened.

Yes, I've had that only a few times. It's lucid dreaming. One time, I was having a scary dream...but I knew I was dreaming and I made myself wake up before the dream got any worse. Other times, I took off and started to fly when I knew I was dreaming.

When I was taking Paxil, I would dream, wake up [to use bathroom or whatever], go back to sleep and continue the dream! It was really cool.
My mama had the same experience while taking Paxil.

btw: I rarely ever dream when not on Rx. Or I should say that I can rarely recall having dreamed.
