He wasn't my favorite person. I didn't hate him either, but I feel as though I should feel worse about it than I do. Is this wrong?

No - your feelings are your own. Don't try to make yourself feel things you don't; you'll get so you don't even trust yourself!
It's sad he killed himself, but don't feel guilty, or pretend to a grief you don't feel - you just weren't very close to this guy. You can (and probably do) respect others' grief without sharing it.

You can't force yourself to feel something that you don't. There's nothing wrong about that -- it's just the way that you feel.

Don't let someone tell you how you "should" feel or be guilty because you're not broken up about the man's death. You may be more upset than you realize and react later. . .or you may not.

Either way, it's OK.

Maybe you have enough troubles in your life to look or feel bad about it, i`m sure you somehow you didn't`t want this to happen to your coworker, you might feel that he is in a better place now .

Don't worry. You'll mourn about it at your own pace. Just think what his parents and family are going through. Imagine if you were his parent. It's very very very sad stuff.
