I sometimes feel a deep sadness that will not go away. I am killing myself with working too much. How can I create my own happiness?

Sometimes it is as simple as taking a moment each day to appreciate all the blessings in your life.Good health (health can be so fragile,be thankful you have it).a loving family(they usually love you in spite of your flaws,they seldom see them).sincere friends(who are there in good times and bad).Life can sometimes be overwhelming and you must take a little bit of time for yourself.Try leave your daily problems aside for an hour each day.You will feel refreshed and able to face each day.Good luck.

If it is a sadness that wont go away maybe get to the source of it and try to heal that. Once you know where the sadness is from you can begin to know what makes you happy.

First ask yourself what makes you happy. Then set aside time to actually do those things.....go outside....lack of sunlight (esp if you work inside all the time) causes depression in some people.
