Erm... not really.
IYour BMI (according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) is 27.6, placing you above the 95 percentile of weight based on your height and age.
Don't despair, though. First of all, this is not obese, though you may suffer serious health consequences if you don't do something now, since chubbiness in adolescence can lead to obesity and health problems as an adult.

Basically, you could stand to lose some weight.
But before going on a diet, I'd take into account that you're 13, and although you're tall, you may still be growing, so an extreme diet may not be so good for you, as it may stunt your growth and not provide adequate nutrients for you during puberty.
I'd talk to your pediatrician or get healthy eating plans with reduced calories from a nutritionist.
In the mean time, though, try to eat smaller portions, eat fruit/vegetables as snacks if you get hungry between meals, and take it easy on the junk (I know it's hard when you're your age-- for me that was only a few years ago, so I can relate!!!). And if you aren't active, get active, and then STAY active for life. Do a sport, take a dance class, join a swim team, go on hikes, or just bike everywhere.
If this doesn't help, ask your doctor if you have some other thing going on (like a thyroid condition or PCOS).
I hope that helps...?

Not knowing your body history. I would guess that in the norm you would be over weight. How ever if you are using free weight and body building then no. It all depends on what you are doing or not doing. Don't look for answers from anyone who thinks you are cute just the way you are. Find out the truth and love it or deal with it. That is how you start to learn to handle your own situations and that is how you grow up in the real world. If you think you are ok just the way you are, then be happy.

Those aren't the only factors you should look into. What is your muscle mass? Do you work out a lot? What is your ethnic background? I think you are a little bit over the weight you should be at your age/height, but you may also have a lot of muscle. I would suggest more fat burning exercises than toning, if you have more fat on your body that you'd like. Don't worry about the number hon, worry about how YOU FEEL! Do you have energy? Do you feel overweight? If you don't, don't worry about it.

Look on a BMI and see for sure.

Or you can calculate it yourself:

Formula: weight (lb) / [height (in)]2 x 703
Calculation: [weight (lb) / height (in) / height (in)] x 703

Calculate BMI by dividing weight in pounds (lbs) by height in inches (in) squared and multiplying by a conversion factor of 703.

Example: Weight = 150 lbs, Height = 5’5” (65")
Calculation: [150 ÷ (65)2] x 703 = 24.96

I agree with the person who said you should be closer to 130 - 135 lbs. I say this with respect...... 'Take charge of your weight now or it will take charge of you.' :o)
