i use the BearShare ,,, but there is some trouble 2 get signed in for this prog.
they have told me that in the Report Email

HOW CAN I OPEN THESE PORTS ??
should i call the ISP "internet service provider"
or , can i open it from my Computer ?
if yes ,, please HOW :'(

If you have a router, you need to open the port there and make them point to your computer.

If you have a firewall on your computer, you may need to enter an exception rule for those ports as well.

Finally, you may have to contact your ISP because some block certain ports. My ISP blocks port 80 incoming requests so there's no way to make it directly. I even heard some ISPs block file sharing ports to stop software piracy.
