True, neither is inherently good, but male circumcision is generally viewed as "less destructive" than female circumcision. In male circumcision the foreskin of the penis is removed so the glans is always exposed.
Female circumcision has a much larger range. In its "least invasive" forms it involves simply piercing or remove the clitoral hood (basically the same thing as the male foreskin). However, female circumcision as it's extreme removes the entire clitoris and I think parts of the labia and something weird with the vagina. This is like removing a part of a guy's penis and then some. Clearly, this IS more destructive than any male circumcision.
All the above, male and female, reduce sexual sensitivity and pleasure, and all are inherently unnecessary. However, female circumcision in its most extreme versions can be very dangerous (more dangerous than male circumcision) and can manifest later in life during childbirth.
The ironic thing is that the arguments against female circumcision is usually not applied to male circumcision. There is a double-standard that shouldn't exist. Some of the fundamental arguments against female circumcision are the child's decision, the child's genital integrity, and the child's ownership of her own body. Why does neither of these apply to males? This is what most bothers me. It isn't fair to say that female circumcision is "worse" than male circumcision, because that's a given. But that doesn't decrease the fact that male circumcision violates those three arguments as well, just for males instead.
It isn't logical to say that male circumcision "may have some benefits" because there are actually some articles, very few, that state that "properly done" female circumcision may confer some health benefits. Clearly most people automatically disregard these. Again, there is a double-standard. Some things in life don't make sense, and some things aren't fair.

There is no medical aim in this procedure.
It is also not a circumcision, but the equivalent of amputation of penis.
The only purpose of this procedure is to prevent girls from ever enjoying sex. Which is why it is practiced in societies where young girls are forced to marry old men- therefore sex must be a duty (otherwise these women might seek some younger lover).
The least form of this mutilation is the amputation of the clitoris. In more extreme forms, the labia of the vagina are also cut off, and the whole area stiched. Some 15% of the girls die during this "surgery". The area of the wound becomes scar tissue, and in future, during birth, is rather rudely cut or ruptured (has to be- it is not elastic enough to allow the child's head through). Another 10-15% of the girls die.
To sum up- if anyone did something like that to a dog, he would go to jail for life. I guess in these societies women don't count as high as dogs do.

circumcision of girls is illegal and horrible genital mutilation. it is banned in the USA and most other countries. it is a horrible barbaric practice of cutting out the clitoris sowing together the labia (sometimes those are cut off too) and leaving a whole only large enough for menstrual fluid to fit through. these women suffer horrible pain and infections, are more likely to die in child birth or tear horribly and have to be completely stitched back together. it is absolute a vial thing... male circumcision while much less sever and considered normal here in America is also a horrible barbaric out dated practice that involves removing a piece of tissue from the penis. the cutting of peoples genitals needs to be stopped. there is not a single medical organization the world over that promotes or states that it is good for anyone (male or female) to be circumcised. these are horrible practice that need to be stopped. to stop them people need to be educated about them instead of following tradition, as is the norm when it comes to circumcision. this includes all forms of mutilation of the genitals...every person as a basic human right deserves to have their genital left intact.

Look at all of your questions. These are very strange indeed yet you send abuse notices when people answer you. All about pubic hairs and female circumcision and hairy nipples. This answer section is for serious questions that could actually help someone.

It is important culturally in some areas of the world. Here, it is considered to be female genital mutilation (FGM). Female circumcision is also a method of birth control.
As a note, just because western culture (myself included) does not condone FGM doesn't mean that it cannot have important cultural significance in other societies around the world.

absolutely nothing. Assuming you saw the article on that wack job in Ga who mutilated his daughter genitals.
Some cultures believe in it but it is only to deny a woman the pleasure. They will cut off the clitoris and even sew the labia. Whether they do it for religion purposes i'm not sure. But I'm sure some half assed man thought of it to feel inferior to women.
The difference between a man having it done is he can still experience sexual pleasure. While the clitoris is the main source of the female orgasm.

There isn't an importance. It's ludacris. It's mutilation of the worst sourt used by people somewhere in Africa to stifle a girls sex drive. Horrific.

Depends on the type of circumcision.
One is where the clitoris is removed and that is very cruel. How would the men who condone it if the head of their penis were removed ?
Two is where only the outside skin is removed that covers the clitoris. This should increase pleasure for a female.

just to reduce their desires not to kill it .. its not good except some cases when the clitoris is little big .. also its like plastic surgeries to make the pu$sy looks prettier .. cause if the inner lips is too much big gives bad looking and keep the girl horny all the time
