Maybe it is a hormone thing. Perhaps talk to your doctor about it and see what they suggest. Having that many kids so young is really going to mess up your body. There could be a medical solution to your problem.

With 4 kids under 5 I dont see how you could even think of sex! Hubby needs to understand that having so many kids so young is not only harsh on you physically, but emotionally as well. It is tough just having ONE young child, let alone 4. Give it time, let the kids get a bit older, and you should be back in the mood. Good Luck !

I would consider going to a sex therapist. Tons of married people do it because they think the "flame" is gone forever, when in reality it is just hibernating. Havent you ever seen Meet The Parents 2?!?!? There are tons of information on sex therapists online, i would consider researching one. No one will be able to answer your questions better than they would. But if you dont want to payf or something like that, do something for yourself that would make you feel good or sexy. Go to Vicky's Secret, and buy some sexy lingerie. Buy some body lotion and take a shower and just get really clean, do your hair, curl it or straighten it, and put your make up on. Go try to seduce your husband, you never know, you might find yourself wanting it! Go to Barnes N Noble and look at some good sex books/sex positions/etc, I'm sure everything will work out for you, I KNOW YOU GOT IT IN YOU!!!! Good luck!

You must be exhausted! Yes, it's normal, and yes, you can do something about it. Take some time away, just you and your hubby, away from the kids. Let Grandma babysit or something. Stay in a nice hotel where you you don't have to think about diapers and bottles and laundry. The first night, just sleep - sleep in late, get caught up, you need it. The next night, light some candles, open a bottle of wine, and get to know each other all over again. Talk, cuddle, give each other massages, and let nature take its course.

I know your children are young, but if you can get a Grandma or someone you really trust to watch them for the odd night then you will be more rested and ready for fun with your husband.

I suspect that if you were able to get some sleep and maybe even some peace and quiet you'd be hornier. it is abnormal for you to not want sex @ 23, but with all those little ones you must be absolutely exhausted.
