I've been taking vitex for about a week now...and my boobs are extremely sore..the first few days when i started taking it i cramped really bad but now thats gone...If the boobs being sore is a "sign" of my period how long do they stay that way? My boobs have never been sore except when i was pregnant. I took a test a week and half ago and it came up negative so im pretty much going with the boobs are sore because of my period! how long does it last til you get your period tho?

Your breast might not be sore for any of those reasons i used to have sore breast and i always thought i was going to have my period but then i saw my physician and she suggested me taking a tea called rose hips for the soreness and it really worked i could not believe it after a month or two i never again had sore breast maybe you should try it . You can find that at any health store.

In this day and age that isn't nothing to play with, so you should go have your boobs checked out by your doctor, just to make sure you aren't catching some kind of breast cancer, and make sure that your body isn't reacting to the vitex just to play it safe.

cystic fibrosis's is what made my wife's boobs really sore, I put her on vitamin E and evening primrose oil and guess what???????? It worked!!. Now were both happy. No more pain but you have to keep up with it.
