Well frist off your parents have the best intrest in you... I just went through the same thing this year I started a new school and it wasn't like I went during the school year but I went on the first day of school. I was thinking the same thing you are thinking now. How am I going to do this? Well here's one thing that I can tell you... When you are new people will know it. They've been going to that school for a while they will know a new face when they see one because they did with me .... one thing we got in common is that we are pretty... That will get you bouns points becuase 1st the boys will talk to you and then the grils will see them talkign to you and try to be your friend. But you have to be careful because some are just going to be tryin to do tjat so that they can talk to the boys... It don't work that way.. and if you were like me at my old school and was popular then they'll like your personaility just don't act stuck up becaue then they will think you're a snob or something. GOOD LUCK!

reputation and junk like that arent really important, especially since its all really perspective. So what if ur going to a new school i thnk a better future is more important than staying at a place and being a failure. besides ull make new friends probably some as good as ur old friends and if u really r a nice person, and pretty and smart. then u most likely will be as popular as u were in ur old school. so dont worry about it to much just let things come as they come u no.

You are so lucky! You have the PERFECT opportunity to be the girl that ALL the guys want to get to know...since you will be the new girl!! Think of it that way....but don't be too easy or all the girls will be mad at you. Get to be friends with them too and keep people guessing. This is a way to grow....that others may not have since they might stay in the same place and not have to "stretch" like you are going to. Good luck....you have good self esteem by the way you described yourself....USE IT!!

Well, if your parents say to move then you have to. Your still young to know any better. You'll make good friends also and be popular, just be yourself. Your parents are only thinking about your future. Someday you'll appreciate what your parents did for you and think that they were right. You can still be in contact with your friends by emails, chatting with them online. Or by calling them. Everything is going to be alright, you'll still be popular.

I moved before my sophomore year. Think about how it feels to leave everyone you went to school with since the first grade and knowing that you won't graduate with them?
Trust me, if you are all those thing you claim to be, then people will like you and you have nothing to worry about. Those that are your friends will stay in touch with you and you will expand your social circle. But, if you aren't real and pretend to be someone you're not, that will come out eventually. Just be yourself. Best thing I have EVER done (got me engaged :-) )

You really don't have a choice. You start things over again at the new school like ytou did in the beginning at the old school. It will be hard, but you have to do it.You can't crawl into a shell and waste away.

The future is most important, look as it as having more friends than you do now. The true friends will remain so. This gives you another chance to make a great first impression.
