Go to the website http://www.videoprofessor.com/contactus/contactinformation.html and click on customer service. Let them know that you want to cancel any future shipments. You probably only need your telephone number as a reference number.

When they send you the order, there should be a phone number included. I received the MS Publisher set and didn't care for it. All you have to do is send two of the three CD's back...you're allowed to keep one. Just call the included number and someone from their customer service department will give you a return number.
Be careful, as they will continue to ship other sets if you don't make sure that they understand you want no more products. I know some people who have said they were given a return number and never actually shipped the CD's back and still had their credit card accounts credited for the money they had been charged. I don't think they're out to take advantage of anyone, but they utilize a very strong push sales method that can quickly get the unaware person many dollars into video lessons before they realize what is happening.
While they're doing nothing illegal, I personally find the whole thing a bit on the "not so nice" side of ethical practices. You get to try the product for shipping and handling. It costs oh maybe $79. You can keep a CD and send at least two back. Do it quickly or we'll charge your card for the entire amount. And then we'll ship you another because we assume you like our product if you didn't send it back in time...
Actually, they're not bad lessons, just weren't for me. Hope this helps.
