I cry over any strong emotion, whether happiness, sadness, anger, tiredness etc. You are not alone!

You're just going through an emotional time right now. There have been times where commericals have made me cry. There was a cell phone commercial where a guy is going from airport to airport, plane to plane. He sits down, and his little girl is sitting beside him, telling him about her day. Someone walks in front of the camera, and we see him on his cell phone talking to her. And then the anti smoking ad where the child walks through his grandfather.

There's nothing wrong with being emotional and crying. You gotta let your cry out every so often, it's natural. I hope you feel better though.

Everyone goes through periods of depression in their lives, you may be sad about something entirely different but can't express it for whatever reason (you may not even recognize it). Crying about a scene in a movie, a commercial (the kleenex commercials where the dad comes home from the military always got me), or even a sad song can let you release that emotion and some of the tension and stress that goes along with it.

The key here is that you need to find a way to improve your moods. You need to talk to your doctor about depression, there are things he can do for you. And there are things you can do for yourself. Exercise is a BIG mood enhancer. Take a walk every morning for at least 20 minutes, a good brisk walk with purpose, don't just meander along. Plan your day, don't just *exist*.

About being lonely, nobody is going to come to you - you need to go out and find people to hang out with. Take a class at your local community center or jr. college in something you are interested in - cooking, fishing, some craft or hobby - you will meet people of different ages and backgrounds who enjoy the same thing you do. Go to the local clubs early when they have dancing lessons. Go to a bookstore and chat with people in the sections that interest you. Check for writing clubs, book clubs, gamer groups, etc. advertising in your area at the local library, in game stores or the paper - whatever you are interested in.

Hope that helps!

Jen

I cry watching Forest Gump, Rudy, Radio, Braveheart, Shawshank Redemption and the Red Sox World Series DVD.

Whether it makes you laugh or cry, a good movie capitalizes on one or more of your senses. Hang on to that movie for what it is worth to you. Don't hold back. You'll get through the rough times. There's nothing to be embarrassed about.

What a sweet thought...who doesn't get tearry eyed when watching Willy Wonka? it is one of the most sweetest, full of hope movies a boy (or girl) can watch...especially a boy...no one with a heart would laugh at you for that.......you are just a very sensitive person I think

I think any one who says that they don't shed a tear or two once in a while just isn't telling the truth.

I haven't watched the new movie just because I enjoyed the first one so much.

i laughed... I can understand crying during the movie, but running a bath to cry in? That's pretty strange.
