So far there is only one movie, "Clan of the Cave Bear" and there is 5 books, so should hollywood make the rest of them. Here are the books in order

-the Valley of the Horses
-the Mammoth Hunters
-The Plains of Passage
-The Shelters of Stones

Don't know about Jean Auel's books but if you have ever read DREAM PARK by Jerry Pournelle and Larry Niven you can see why I have been patiently awaiting a movie based on the book. With the technology we have today as a movie I, in my opinion, think this would be one of the top-grossing movies of all time, if they followed the storyline just like the book. Try it if you can find it and you will enjoy it as much as I and countless other thousands of people did.

No, no, and no. The first movie stunk so badly that Auel herself didn't approve of it (come on, they totally changed the ending). And as much as I loved the first book (I started reading the series over 20 years ago), by the end I was pretty disappointed with the lack of substantive plot.
