Yes, you can definitely feel sick at anytime of the day. The term "morning sickness" doesn't necessarily mean you only get sick in the morning. I got sick all the time with my second child.

Yes! I had nine months of morning sickness that happened 24/7! It was pretty yucky but so worth it when I gave birth to the most beautiful baby in the world!
I am pregnant again and haven't had a single case of morning sickness this time. I am totally glad about this! But to answer your question, yes! You will definitely feel crummy for the first several weeks. And if you are not exactly sure that you are pregnant stick around and your body will definitely let you know it!
The best way to alleviate it is to drink plenty of fluids and try to eat crackers and light things to keep you from feeling worse because it sometimes gets worse when your stomach is more empty. Some things like ginger, lemon, and pickle can also help settle the gag reflux down. I used to sit and eat sliced lemons when I felt nauseated and it usually helped. Good luck!

the morning in morning sickness is a bit missleading - it can happen any time of the day and it can be all day long. Not all women experience this some may physicaly be sick, other just nausious and others nothing. It is normaly prevalent in the first trimester and then usualy - but not always - tapers off.

Yup I had All-day sickness for about 7 months. Ginger really works to get rid of the nausea! You can buy it in pill form (its inexpensive), or just drink ginger ale and eat ginger snaps. I eventually figured out that if I ate at least a small snack every two hours that I wouldnt get sick. Otherwise, if I missed that snack, I was gonna get sick FOR SURE.

Usually you don't get pregnancy symptoms till about six weeks (after your last menstral period--about four weeks after conception). But yes you can feel sick ALL DAY or at ANY time of the day. With my first baby I didnt feel sick at all but with this one I had morning sickness...more like all day sickness.
