Sometimes on the bus , some of the girls rub guys between there legs, is this normal for teenage girls to do , and is it ok just to touch and not considered sex? Do the guys expect us to do this?

its teasing and the girls are called ****teasers. they are also sluts and will probably expereience quite a few date rapes, but I woud hardly call it a rape if you lead someone on and then say NO. No is No if you did nothing to encourage it, rubbing a guy's penis and then saying no is really asking for trouble for both you and the guy

who's theory is this - the girls or the lads???? In any adventure this may deliver the incorrect message on your male acquaintances - they might imagine that if you're recreation for some touching, espcially in public, then you definitely are up for more effective. this may land you women in problem. you don't want to be in a difficulty the position someone is forcing you to do something you don't want to do or doing somthing that you at the instantaneous are not waiting for. So, typically i'd say to stop with the rubbing now. this kind of stuff must be reserved for once you're sufficiently old, waiting and consenting.

somehow morals and values come to mind on this one,
no it's not sex no it's not OK for girls on a bus to be doing this nor is OK for boys to let it happen or encourage it, it's disgrace full & disrespectfull (however i probably wouldn't stop her but i would cover it to kepp it private)
