I work as a Software Designer / Developer, and have done so for over 12 years. I do like what I do, except that for the past couple of years I have been stuck in a rut, where the job is no longer challenging. I decided in 1984 that I wanted to work with computers, and started writing games (for Microbee) in 1985. I feel it is a field that allows a very large expression of creativity...
I need to have constant challenges, and problems to solve, to keep me interested, so I am putting a plan in place to change my current situation. Without a job that is fun and exciting, there is only one way in life - (down)...
I would really love to teach, and I previously tought and designed software in parallel. :-)

Love my job too, How about getting paid to work out all day, lift weights and jog, fire machine guns, jump out of airplanes and helicopters, play paintball inside, go to all kinds of places both here in the states and overseas, learn martial arts, learn lifesaving skills and perhaps get EMT qualified, I'm not Dive qualed but we got a dive team too. Not a whole lot a female can do in the military but if you contacted all the branches and maybe told them what interests you have, they could help you decide. Free medical, housing, food, and a paycheck on top of all that.
No I am not a recruiter...

I LOVE my job! I'm an engineer at a food manufacturer. I've been at this plant for just under a year. I found it on Career Builder.
I've always been an engineer. Some jobs/indutries are better than others. Working at a food plant is tops for me, though.

I like my job... I'm a teacher. As I was going through college, I seemed to like all the subjects... so I thought about how it would be to teach them all! I really enjoyed working with kids, and now have done it over 20 years.

I love my job. I own a medical transcription business and work from home. I do work for M.D.'s, chiropractors, psychologists, private social workers, and private investigators. Prior to starting my own business, I worked for a rehabilitation firm for about 4 1/2 years. When they closed their doors this past February, I started my own medical transcription business.
