given a sample of known mass????

that contains potassium hydrogen carbonate as well as sodium hydrogen carbonate, how would you determine the mass percentage of each hydrogen carbonate in the sample?

Look at the number of hydrogen carbonate molcules in the sample and divide the mass (Of the sample) by the mass of the hydrogen carbonate.
