Theres this boy at my highschool that I been knowing everysince middle school. He use to treat me mean in jr high, and I thought he was the most unattractive boy there. I'm a boy also. But everysince we got in highschool, he started flirting with me. Now were in the 11th grade, and its like I find him everywhere I go, hes tries to get close as possible to me. When the bell ring to go to the next class, hes waiting behind the door for me to walk out. I just want to know if hes gay, because he plays sports left weights.

He plays sports he could definatly be gay... in football it's a bunch of guys in tight pants grabbing eachother, wrestling is self explainitory, and every single sport slaps player's butts. I don't care how many people that play sports say they're staright!!!
Were you out in middle school? If you were he might have been teasing you because he was scared to admit it himself or wanted other people to think he wasn't. Now that everyone's a little older (and hornier) what you really want comes out... maybe he is into. Ask him about what he looks for in a person and if he describes you I'd see about inviting him over your house when no one's home :) Have Fun!!!

Well, lifting weights and playing sports doesnt define wether or not your gay or straight. Lots of gay men play sports, and many lift to keep in shape.
From what you described about how he used to be mean to you in middle school, it sounds like he could have had a crush on you then and that was his way of dealing with it. Now that he is older, he may be realizing his sexuality more and becoming more comfortable with it.
As far as you finding out if hes gay or not, start flirting back with him and see where it leads, besides asking him flat out, there isnt a definative way to find out.

I did not had a boyfriend 'until my moment 12 months on university. I was once 19 then. I consider you need to wait till you think love it, do not rush. I had instructed myself I don't have a boybriend until I was once in love, and so did it. BTW, I was once a virgin too and I did not think like a loser, however I think society is rather less exigent with one's habits right here in Uruguay! ;)

Teehee, that makes me giggle!! Ok, so he is flirting with you? How do you know this is "flirting"? He could just be trying to be friendly. But I think you need to confront him about your suspicions. Are you bi/gay? If you are, just go out with him. He might be bi, not every guy who likes a guy or girl who likes a girl is homosexual. I am bi, so yeah........I would seriously asess what you mean by "flirting" because it could just be your standard jock speak. But eeewwww, if he's ugly......thats not fun!

Maybe, maybe not. Are you? If you are flirt back. Joke around about it maybe he'll tell you one way or the other. It works, that'show I've found out about some of my friends. Just bring up the subject about gay people and 'feel him out' so to speak.

i'm not too certain. maybe he realized how mean he was when you guys were little and wanted to make it up. However, little kids do have the tendency to act cruel to the ones that they like. he might have liked you for all these years, but showed it to you differently. Will he get upset if you ask him?
