First come across a excellent piercer, take a glance around the place you reside or ask any friends who've already had theirs finished the place that they had it finished. communicate with the piercer there and that they are going to be waiting to grant you an uncomplicated answer as to in case you need to have you ever abdomen button finished or no longer. perchance you had a fluke an infection or perhaps piercings do no longer consider you. I relatively have had my abdomen button pierced thrice and every time has been fantastic, they only injury somewhat for me yet all and sundry has a different soreness threshold so which you would be able to by no skill confirm if it is going to injury or no longer.

Don't have any bad food during the week. Wait for the weekends to eat all that fattening stuff if you must. Whole grain wheat. Organic everything. No processed sugars. My sister won't even eat regular pasta because it's not whole wheat or something. go running. Do crunches and cardio. Kick boxing or jogging or ride a bike.

It really doesn't matter your size for a belly button ring.(trust me. was a size 3 when I got mine now I'm a size 7 lol) But if you really want to tone up your tummy just try some ab crunches. You want to start off slow. You don't want to hurt yourself. Anyway, I hope that you found a good replicable place to get it done. Hope this helps and good luck!
P.S. Don't let them lie to you...It does hurt a little bit. lol

crunches in the morning, dont eat before you go to sleep, exercise regularly (doesnt have to be vigorous unless your metabolism is slow), stay away from empty calories (example: sodas, sugary candies, etc.), and eat healthy!! also, dont stress about it too much... i have a little bit of pudge & my belly button is pierced.. its all about how you see yourself!
