His eyes are continuously glued to my butt and boobs. Its quickly gotten very tiresome. He seems to only talk Filipino. Should I quit?

Do you have a sexual harassment policy at work? You might also want to consider speaking with a manager. Perhaps there have been other complaint about the same person. If it is really making you uncomfortable then perhaps you should consider other employment.

Absolutely not, why should you quit because he's an idiot? If you have the nerve, lol go up to him, grab his head and stick it in between your boobs, then smack him across the face. I did this once and my co-workers actually all clapped for me. He was so embarassed and never gave me a problem again. Or if you're not that bold, just go up to him, point at him then at your boobs then smack him across the face. Either way, he's going to get the message. If neither of these work for you, you could always complain to your supervisor about his behavior and let them know it's not acceptable to you. If they laugh you off or tell you it's not their problem, then try what I suggested. Hope this helps. Good luck!!

Go to a supervisor and find out your employers Sexual Harrassment policy....here's the problem w/ atweety's answer....you can't prove that the guy is staring at you inappropriately but he sure can prove that you slapped him esp if you do it in front of co-workers....it would be a shame if you got fired for assaulting a co-worker when he's the one making you uncomfortable.....if your going to approach him about it take a supervisor (not a co-worker) to be a witness to you informallly addressing the his creepiness.

No, you don't quit. You complain to your supervisor unless this guy is your supervisor and thereby start the process of setting up your employer for a sexual harrassment suit worth 100's of thousands of $$$$$$ and thank the Phillipino on your way out the door.

Report the matter to your supervisor... let your boss take care of it. If he doesn't, he'll make the company liable for sexual discrimination and a hostile working environment.

Either tell him to knock it off, tell your boss you're being harassed, or tell HR you're being harassed. Legally your boss and HR are required to do something about it.

Yeah, I say be proud of it, too, especially since he may look, but he's never gonna know for sure, right?
