Plane old Kitty litter pour it on the cement than dance on it or grind the litter into the concrete than sweep it up. It works great.

Get some Oxy Clean and dampen the concrete. then but the oxi-clean on it and let it sit for 6 or so hrs. keep it damp so the oxi clean can word the scrub with a stiff brush and rinse

Dawn dish detergent , let it sit pour hot water over it scrub rinse and it should be great.

Best thing is to jet wash it - that will shift it and no nasty chemicals needed. You can hire them pretty easily or borrow one off a neighbour.
