Is it true that more babies are born on Full Moons?

Yes, more babies are born when it is the full moon and so it is for warm animals and fish. Firshermen know about that, and in hospitals nurses and doctors know that when it is the full moon a lot more babies are born. There is also more accidents, more burglary and more fires and more love making. Just make your own observations. Amitiés. Salut

No I don't believe there is more baby born on the full moon. It seem when I work in the hospital more baby were mostly born on a holiday like christmas.

OB-GYN residents would try to scientifically explain the full moon delivery upsurge. There was talk of tidal forces pulling on those water bags, just like the tides of the oceans. High tide, we reasoned, would tug on the membranes just that little bit more to send some of them over the edge, popping them, and sending the prospective mothers our way with the diagnosis of "Rupture of Membranes," necessitating delivery.
Studies have shown no difference in birth rates; however, with full moons, new moons, eclipses, comets, etc. I suppose there could be some relationship between full moons and conception, if you wanted to be romantic about it, but artificial lighting has changed that over the years

Not all babies, but yes there is an increase during a full moon.

That rumor is one that an ignorant fool started. The moon has nothing to do with the birth rate of infants.

yes it is,before i go out to get laid i figure out nine months to the exact day and i take extra potions to make sure i my sperm count is high,that way i am sure that all of the ladies concieve and their is your answer as to why more are born on full moons.
