Jealousy comes usually when you are one of two things.
The first is when you love or care about the person your with.
And the second is when you do not trust him and am afraid to lose him. Unfortunately in this day and age many people cheat. But they will do so whether you are jealous or not. Jealously will not prevent this. It only shows you as a weak person. There are other ways to deal with this. And if you really care for this person, trust him, be open and talk about your feelings. For any other help Skype me. Good luck, Simon Palmer

i've been told that jealousy is a form of insecurity. i'm still not sure if that's entirely true. i think it is to some extent, but there has to be a reason why a person can't feel secure in a relationship. i think that jealousy may stem from a lack of trust in others, which could go back many years. i think the best thing to do is ask yourself why feel the way you do, what are the underlying thoughts behind those feelings? i am a jealous person too, but i try to control it as best i can

It's only natural to be a bit jealous. However if you are extremely jealous, it just means that you don't appreciate what you have enough. Think of Thanksgiving Day and give yourself a head start. If you learn to appreciate all the things you have and are and all of those people who are there for you, your self-steem would improve and you won't be so jealoous. Also it seems to me that you need to really appreciate others. It sounds like you want to control them and you're not happy because you can't. Just be loving and let everything else fall on death ears.

Jealousy is an ugly thing, it'll make you do things that you normally wouldn't do. I'm a married woman and even before that, i have always told myself, that I would never sweat the next woman. What I mean by that is, if i'm in a relationship or married and my husband/boyfriend decides he doesn't want me anymore, I will accept that, i'm not going to argue or fight with another female, for no man. He either wants me, or he doesn't, I will never intentionally, get caught up in a love triangle, there's too many men out there and besides, i'm a beautiful woman, inside and out. My husband has a good woman and i have a good man and I pray we stay married, for a long long time.

If you truly want to change, then start reassuring yourself that he won't leave you for another girl. I think the jealousy comes from insecurity.
What makes you jealous?
If he's flirting with them, you have a right to be. You should also set him straight!
If they're just talking casually or she glances at him (vice versa), take some deep breaths and say "If he wanted her, he'd leave me for her. He hasn't yet so its all good.".
Anyways, if you can't change the way you are, find a guy who can tolerate you.
You'll be much happier with him than being fake with another guy.

Jealousy is a VERY common thing. do u know anyone who hasn't experienced this? i know this prolly has nothing to do with it, but write a pretend letter to them. but pretend u are really going to give the letter to them. write why u are jealous of them and what u wish they would do that would make u feel better. after u are through, re-read it, seal it up, and think about it. i hope this helps.

maybe u don't trust enough. trust ur boyfriend unless u have a good reason not to. after all, innocent until proven guilty. if he truly likes you, u have no reason to be jealous.
