What is the weather usually like in Chicago, say aroun November 21-25?? Does it snow yet? My high school band is going there (we're from TX!) and we're gonna be in the state street thanksgiving parade.

Chicago weather is totally unpredictable! It could very possibly be snowing and rather cold or it could be drizzling and on the warmer side. You never know in this city! My advice would be to definitely bring a coat and gloves, hat, etc. and then to make sure you are truly prepared go to www.weather.com and check out the weather once it gets closer to Thanksgiving. Another thing to keep in mind is that although the temperature prediction can look as though it won't be very cold we aren't called the windy city for now reason! Especially on Michigan Ave and areas near by being so close to the lake the temperature is usually a few degrees colder. Hope this is helpful, have fun it's a great time of year to be here!

Hi there. Our weather is so unpredictable it's hard to say.
We had snow this year even before Halloween. What you should do is start checking weather.com about 10 days befoe you leave. You will be able to see the 10 day forecast and start to see what they are forecasting.
I hope you all have a great time while you are here.

Think of this saying...."If you don't like the weather in Chicago, stick around.....it's bound to change". Point is, it's very unpredictable. But chances are, to you, it will be very cold !!! I went to Texas A & M for two years and one time it got down to around 30.....You would have thought it was -20 the way the Texans were acting.

Bring a winter coat....better to be safe than sorry.

By the way.......TEXAS ROCKS !!!! I loved it there !!!

except you're interior, a skirt is in all probability a foul thought. it relatively is much less chilly than customary right here in Chicago - it relatively is meant to be interior the 30's and 40's over the weekend, and often it would be interior the 20's - regardless of if it relatively is nevertheless going to be chilly.
