If "you" feel that your superiors are being unfair in their reports about you and your co-workers are manipulating you......perhaps this isn't the organization for you.

Why stay someplace where you aren't happy?

No, don't be a quitter. Try doing your job a 100% right and refrain from any backstabbing and ill-talk about your superiors or other co-workers. This way, everyone will be more receptive as to what you have to say, which should be positive and reinforcing the group spirit.

Look for another job first, and don't quit until you find one. Then if you're unhappy where you are, sure, quit.
