Yes this works no problem. The broadband think you are two different computers as you set them up seperatly. The hard wired connection will always be faster though.

If you play for fun, I would recommend worldpokersite.com. There is no money involved.

WorldPokerSite.com has many tables and many levels of skills. People chat while they play and meet new people each day from around the world. They don't care who signs on or on same network since they check by poker account name.

They have a very nice poker lobby with voice integrated. They will soon have video and voice using webcam too.

They also have a poker blog where you can write things about yourself to share and also give other people comments. You can also share movies, photos, music to other players as well since they have this nice poker blog.

They have Texas Hold'em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud, and various tournaments. They have 1-on-1 tournaments, invite and challenge, and beat the bot weekend.

They are giving away an XBox360 soon so come and join the people from around the world to have fun.

Yeah with have the same relationship in our household.
We enjoy playing from www.pokerplaypoker.com you are allowed to play freerolls without making a deposit.

It gets a little exciting when you both end up in the same room when playing multi table.

Oh by the way, I checked with the poker company and they said playing in the same single table room could be taken as cheating, so be careful...

Should be no problem setting up, but if you play on the same table to try and win...its called cheating.
