How long was the Oakley Plantation (Louisiana) in opperation? (year started - year closed)?

It was first built in 1799, but I haven't found an ending date of operation, but it is possible it went into the 20th century, maybe 1950. The park itself reflects life from 1803-1824. I have not found any info when it became a park.
