Unfortunately there's no simple way to do this, other than to buy a recording card for your computer and plug it into the video output of your box. There's no way of accessing the files recorded on the Sky+ hard disk directly - even if you break open the box and plug the disk directly into your laptop.

I do it all the time. I have a television card in my pc and a cable link to my sky box (there are two outlets on the back). then I just record the programs I want and then transfer them to my pc.
