First find the moles of CO2. Molar mass of CO2 equals Mr = 44.

n = m/Mr, n = 25/44 mol.

Now, 1 mol of a gas occupies Vm = 22.4 L in stp (Vm: molar volume), so:

V = n*Vm, V = (25/44)*22,4, V = 12.73 L (approx)

44 grms is 1 mole of CO2 and would be 22.4 litres at stp.
so 25 grm is 25/44 x 22.4 litres. 12.73 litre
