What you need to do with this stain is use a solvent type product. Since you don't have the professional stuff try using orange glo or even 409. The most important thing to do is rinse the stain with a wet vac and hot water from a kettle to remove all the reside, or the spot may come back.

If you have fingernail polish try acetate. Blot the chemical onto the spot and then remove with a towel and repeat, keep on doing this until stain is gone or you stop getting colour transfer. Then rinse the stain with a wet vac and hot water to remove all the reside,

Ok, here's a serious answer. I bought a Coach purse on eBay that had pen ink all over it. I was able to remove all the stains (and not harm the leather) by using a product called Blue Magic Leather Cleaning Stick (also an eBay purchase.) It removes ink, lipstick, grease, food and scuffs from leather. As always, spot check on an inconspicuous spot before using it on your item. Good luck!

add a little rubbing alcohol to the stain. Just a little. Then use a paper towel or a soft cloth to blot out the stain. The alcohol will disolve the ink and the cloth will remove it. You don't need to saturate clear to the foam inside. If you have a spray bottle, use that to spray the stain. Just till it's wet. That should do the trick.

Is the cushion cover a zip on where you can remove? If so, you can use spray and wash or there is a product out now that has worked for me and it is a combination of spray and wash and oxi clean - name: Spray 'n Wash Dual Power. Pour on fabric and put in washer on pre-soak (with a little of product in washer). Let pre-soak for about 30 mins. then wash in COLD water on normal cycle. Do NOT put in dryer. Put cover back on cushion while it is wet and, of couse, let dry before you use it. Usually dries in 24 hrs. Be sure to read your label before doing much more of anything - maybe the cleaners can get it out. lois

Have you tried Canada Dry Seltzer? It took a red wine stain out of a pastel-colored bridesmaid dress. It's not a HARSH cleaner, and you can pick it up at the grocery. You may want to give it a try.

Spray with hairspray, then dab it up with a cloth. Repeat until the stain is completely removed.

get a regular scrubbing sponge and a little bit of dawn. Scrub like you've never scrubbed before. if the sponge doesn't work use an old toothbrush.
