Yahoo and their petty violations are beating me down. I didn't read anywhere in the "terms" where Yahoo was allowed to harass people without recourse. I'm going on public record as of this moment that I feel violated. My freedom of speech has been taken away from me. The indiscriminate slaps on the wrist have to stop. Yahoo needs to rethink their polcies.

I agree with you. These forums are misused by people who just because they dont like someones answer or question, its reported. And I think Yahoo should check over the reports more carefully before just removing the contents without just cause.

I also dont think people should be allowed to go through other peoples questions and answers that have already been resolved from weeks ago, and report them to be spiteful, thats just plain immature and petty, when people do that.

Good luck, you dont have a case since this is a priveledged forum and there is no right to your having access, now as far as the other people beating you down on this forum well the shame is on them for not being adult enough to accept anything that is not of there liking which shows a lack of character in there demeanor

Maybe. I'm thinking about suing Nestle because their recipes never turn out like the pictures promise. Or maybe I just can't bake, it's hard to say.

They should at least read the content of the answers they remove, to see if a complaint is justified.

Well, you should have read the policies first. Yes, there is a freedom of speech. However, each person has a right not to be harrassed or insulted. If you said something that caused them to "violate" your freedom, then should think about it.
