A player gets a sticker for an out standing play. Examples: QB sack, interception, touchdown etc

Players earn them by doing something special in a game. For example, if a cornerback intercepts the ball and carries it back for a TD, he gets a sticker. :)

They are given to players that play really well throughout the season. Ohio State is a good example of a school that does this. If you were to watch a game, you would see that Troy Smith has a lot of them.
