YES you could get pregnant. With the condom being used, with the spermacide in use, you can still get pregnant. Using a condom is not full proof. It can be effective IF and this is a big IF, you use it correctly, putting it on before there is any contact between the penis and the vaginal area and you remove it immediately afterwards. You must use a new condom every time you have sex and again, you must use it correctly each time. No birth control, not even the pill, is 100% effective all the time. Plenty of women reading this, myself included, probably have a child running around that came from failed birthcontrol (I got pregnant for my son while taking the pill). The only way to be sure not to get pregenant is to not have intercourse..meaning contact between the penis and the vaginal area, with or without actual penetration or ejaculation...at all.

There is always that chance, no matter what you do, so the answer is yes. Whether that chance is important to most people (eg. less than .01%) I don't know for sure, but there always is that chance.
If I remember correctly from one of my four (no joke) sex-ed classes that I was forced to take through grade, middle, and high school, rubbers with spermicide are around 95% effective. So you have five percent there, plus some other chance that I'm sure is greater for your second time around.

People have occasionally had a kid even after their tubes have been tied, though it is pretty rare.

No, it doesn't. Condoms when used properly aren't 100% effective and there's a possibility that you can get pregnant. But taking it off and having intercourse a second time is not a very bright idea. You dramatically increase the chance of pregnancy when you make a decision like that.

I got pregnant using condoms with spermicide..but the condom broke. I wouldn't trust the left over spermicide to protect you from pregnancy without the condom. Use the condoms and be careful.

Well, giving that you didn't clean up afterwards, the spermicide will kill some of the sperm. However, the original concentration will not be there, and it is possible that it will not kill all of the sperm and it is still possible to get pregnant.

well, if you did it both times with the condom with spermicide, then it would be a VERY low probability.

But no, you did it without a condom once. Now your risk of pregnancy is alot higher. Next time remember the condom ALWAYS. You'll have a very low chance of pregnancy then.

YES, you can be pregnant. There is NO safe sex and you practiced unsafe sex to begin with. No spermicide kills every sperm. There are 50,000 in EVERY drop of semen. You only need ONE to make you pregnant. When will you girls (and guys) every learn this.

You can get pregnant ANYTIME you have sex, precaution or no precaution. There is always a risk.

Don't ever think otherwise. . . you WILL BE WRONG

You can still get preg. The spermicide doesn't kill all of the sperm. Nothing is 100% but abstinence.

Yes, and no. Anytime you have sex there's the possiblilty. And don't believe that going another go-round is going to be a less of a possibility. Stay safe at all times if you're going to do it. There's no miracle contraception, but definitely stay with condoms. STD's are not something to be messed with.
