Just because you need to pick one major career path doesn't mean you have to give up on all your other interests. There's no reason why you can't be a professor of anthropology (or a dermatologist or a nurse) who designs and sews her own clothes and writes novels and screenplays in her spare time, and runs a small catering business on the weekends.

Check out the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook online at: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ and u'll research the training and educational requirements for the various fields you listed, as well as the career outlook for future hiring.

No, not likely that you'll be able to be all of them.

Do a little researdch on each, to see what education is needed to get into each field, and what the day to day work is like, and what your chances are of success in each field if you try to get into that field. That might help you narrow your list down a little.

Some of the things, e.g. writer and seamstress, you could probably do on the side while working another job. But jobs like dermatologist, teacher and nurse would be likely to require your full workday.
