Alot of the west basement teams have gotten....well if nothing else...longer. Portland 4 guys 6'11 or taller, Golden State the same, Seattle ditto plus a couple of 6'10ers. Plenty of fouls to give and ample wing span for Dirks set shot. Teams like Denver, Timber pups and Utah are usually somewhere in the race. Talk to me before the All star break.

I don't see why they should not, hell I'm picking them to win it all. They still have the core group of players that got them to the championships last year so I don't see why they can't do it again. The only thing I see stopping them are San Antonio and Phoenix, if Dallas can beat them there in the Finals

well that all depends because phoenix finally has a.stoudmaire back in action and he's is healthy, tim duncan and the spurs have finally gotten timmy's hurt foot back to 100% so the mav's are going to have to work harder than ever before to get through these teams, the rocket's have mcgrady back at 100% playing with a new and improved yao ming, so its possible but be prepared to see some close games but my vote is no the spurs are going to the finals
