NO its not an excuse teenage girls should dress respectively on holloween. The day is not a pass for you to dress like a whore . So no matter what day it is you should be a young lady no a 50 cent coke whore

Unfortunately, it seems that way. Two of my bf's co-workers were handing out candy. One received a pair of 12-13yr old girls, mini mini skirt, a bit more and you'd see their butt cheeks, and their shirt was so low that a bit more and you'd see under their breast. When asked what they were, they replied, "Sluts."
The other co-worker received a pair of 14-15yr old girls, one had naturally blond hair while the other one wore a blond wig. They both had the same clothing on, very slutty attire. When asked what they were, they replied, "Incest Twin Sluts."

I don't think these women are dressing trashy. God gave you a body for the enjoyment of men. If you are not married, then who else to enjoy your body than all the men you come into cantact with. Just be sure you don't have sex with them- a man likes to know that the womb that is going to be carrying his child is HIS womb. No man wants to share his possessions without giving hes permission.
