whenever I get onthe computer, and every half hour or so, I get the pink box, from mcafee, that there is a virus and it says-"the file- 'c:windows/msupdate.exe' was infected with
W32STRATIONMM
and that it is recommended that I do a virus scan.
So I did a virus scan here and there, and after 4 days, I still get that
box saying the same thing. The box, by the way, says it was cleaned, but, still, the warning keeps popping up. help, please.

Change your antivirus program. Use a good one. Here you have some options:

Use another security program and see what happens.
The Yahoo toolbar comes with a free Norton program for all-bug scanning. If you don't have the Yahoo toolbar, download it and have Norton scan you system.

Give up using Windows, and install Linux on your computer. Linux is immune to all viruses, malware, spyware and adware.
Go to www.distrowatch.com to find out how to get all the popular flavors of Linux...
...then do an image search for Linux screen grabs on Google.

avg antispyware &
xoftspy
then it will go
