I am a new user, and I want to sell some stuff. Is it safe to sell there?

Yes, I am a constant eBay user, and it is very safe. You can make sure that the buyer is legitimate by:
A) Checking his/her feedback
B) If the user is paying by check:
1) you can make him pay via bank check
2) Or if the check bounces, you can report him as a non-paying customer.
Say you prefer PayPal, that is the most secure way of payment.
Also, if you sell, try to follow your word, that way, more people will be attracted to your products.

Yes. And best of all, you get your money before you ship the item. That's where a seller has an advantage over a buyer on ebay. For sellers, especially, it's safe. Sorry to put it that way, but it's the truth.

yes. for sellers especially becuz u get the $ before you ship your item. Buyers hafta be slightly more carefull and make sure that the seller is honest. Youll get a feedback score after selling sum stuff and thats what most ppl look at before they buy, since your new dont worry about that tho. the site itself is very secure and id recommend getting a paypal account if your going to sell, its easier and faster for buyers to make payments. good luckk.

Yeah! I've bought a lot of stuff on EBay & always have to pay, first. I use PayPal. Have rarely been disappointed & have bought some lovely things. Good luck!
