my daughter had it and couldn't keep anything down for about a week or so. She ate dry cereal for over a week. Even up to two weeks she was still throwing up once or twice here and there. She lived off of dry ceral and water pedialite for two weeks. Try Popsicles. Ive been there, but not with 2! They couldn't find anything either they just said it was the flu. I hope they feel better, give them a lot of tlc! MIne too we ended up in the hospital because of dehydration so keep them hydrated!!

my children just went through the same thing. The only thing that you can do is make sure that they stay well hydrated and that they rest. I know it is hard but the only cure really is time. It gets alot easier as time goes along. Usually the first two days are the worst. Make sure that you keep their hydration levels high, make sure that they have saliva in their mouths and that they are still are creating tears when they cry. Also sunken in eyes are another sign of dehydration. If you notice that any of these things are changing I would take them in to the emergency right away. My daughter ended up in the hospital for a week because she was dehydrated from a common flu. Good Luck.

We got pedialite popcicles. Our little guy held them down and enjoyed eating them.
