I remember when I was young I could never do that because I was never fully comfortable or confident I how I looked or what I was saying and I clearly remember avoiding peoples eyes. Boy, things have changed!! Now It is the only way that I talk to people, It is alot more personal and you can see exactly how the other person is feeling about what you are saying. I am alot more comfortable dong that. I love this question!

If you want to be serious, then yes. If youre telling a guy you like him, look him straight in the eye. You dont want him to think youre afraid to tell him (but we all get a little nervous). If youre telling the truth, look the other person in the eye to let them know youre not lying.

Making eye contact is very necessary in a conversation [unless you're on the phone], but staring into another person's eyes is rude, so the contact must be combined with periodically glancing away.

Yes I do look them in the eye unless I don't want to talk to them.......

Most of the time yes..Some people don't care much for it so those few that don't I'll look off or around instead of directly into their eyes..

not all the time. if youre constantly staring the pesron in the eye, they might get freaked out. i do a mix of looking around and looking at them directly.

Always, it let's me know if they're paying attention or not, alot of time's, it'll reveal if a person is lying about something. Eye contact is very important, you can read alot about a person, from it.
