buy her a purse, inside that purse put money,jewlery (earrings,braclet) and make up at that age girls love that stuff cuz there growing up!!!!!

Depends on what she likes. If she's more of the techno type, get her an ipod. Maybe she has a gameboy? If she does, get her a gamboy game.
If she's interested in science, get her a crystal rocks set.
If she's a tomboy, get her a soccer ball or basketball.
If she's a girly-girl, get her a princess themed-toy. Or perhaps some stylish clothes.
If she's a bookworm, get her a gift certificate for Barnes and Nobles. What books does she read? If she reads Series of Unfortunate Events, the last book (#13) just came out.
