I've been a Raider fan for 37 years . At one time they were the greatest team in the league . Best record on Monday night , winning record against every team in the NFL . Even though that has all fallen by the way side I'm loyal to my sports teams . I just haven't had that much to cheer about for a couple of decades

I like the team because of what the organization represents and believes in: Pride and Poise, Commitment to Excellence, and Just Win Baby. They won three Superbowls by believing in these mottos and themselves. The organization is also a trailblazer for equal opportunity (Art Shell, Tom Flores, and Amy Trask). Lastly, many people hate Al Davis but how many could truly say he is a failure? He is the Godfather of the NFL and takes care of business, period. That is the American way like it or not and that is why I am a fan!
