from a culture tube to a cuvette, I need to transfer all of it, not just a sample

I'm not rich so I can't get a laminar flow hood sorry

Do it in a laminar flow hood. Follow aseptic techniques.
Depending on your use, you may suspend your bacterial culture in an appropriate medium.

If you dont have a laminar flow hood, do it the traditional way...
wash your hands, then put alcohol.
work on a clean table - clean it with alcohol.
light an alcohol lamp in the area to clean air.
open your culture tube near the light.
transfer aseptically the bacterial culture to cuvette
- do it near light to ensure no contaminants from air
cover the cuvetter near the light.

make sure you rinsed the bench top with alcohol or cleaning solution

pass mouth of culture over a flame
at 45 degrees to prevent airborne pollution, transfer your amount

dispense to cuvette
