No, it is a pipedream to believe government is the solution. With each law passed, freedom becomes more restricted. Each a link in a chain that harms someone or interferes with something. If government could solve all our problems they would of been solved long ago.

If you mean keep every thing static no, but with only small movements yes. From 1952 until 1965 all of these goals were met most of the time, with only a few short recessions. It is much harder to do when the government runs a deficit.
