He was just showing how cutting edge and avant-garde he was, ahead of his time. J.J.J. was just like the current news media, when they editorialize Bush and conservatives as threats and menaces.

Editors aren't supposed to be right or wrong. They just write their opinion. We all know his opinion of Spider Man. Maybe he's arachnophobic.
