"Reproachfully" is the correct answer. The sentence is asking for an adverb (a word that modifies, or describes, a verb.) The verb is "spoke," so you're looking for HOW Mrs. Bergen spoke. Adverbs, with few exceptions, end in "ly." The first word, apprehend, is a verb. You would never say "Mrs. Bergen spoke apprehend" because it makes no sense. It's like saying "Mrs. Bergen spoke fell." Same with "interrogate." "Aptitude" and "treason" are both nouns. Using a noun in the blank doesn't make any sense either. It would be like saying "Mrs. Bergen spoke dog."
So, "reproachfully" is the correct word. By the way, it looks like this is a vocabulary lesson, so you should keep a dictionary handy. It will help you quickly answer the rest of your questions.
Good luck!

Reproachfully. It's an adverb to describe HOW Mrs. Bergen spoke to Patty.

reproachfully as it is an adjective describing how she spoke.
The other words do not work grammatically. For example Mrs Bergen could have spoke apprehensively to patty but she could not 'spoke apprehend Patty' as it doesnt make sense.

Mrs. Bergen spoke reproachfully to Patty about her and clothes.

It's the only word that fits grammatically and the only one that makes sense for the sentence.
